Staff was very friendly.
Room had a strong odor of chlorine from the pool.
Good hotel for families with the pool. Very kid friendly. As a business traveler. I would not recommend.

There was no drag out vent in the bathroom, so everything was steamy.
Rooms were OK, but the
cost was way too high for the quality of the room.

Gt location loved the beds.
Noisy house keeping was rude kept knocking.
The beds were great I would definitely stay again but not on the main level if you plan to sleep in.

Nothing to dislike.
Easy to find, family friendly, spacious rooms, attentive staff. When traveling in this area, the kids request that we stay at this hotel. We are never disappointed.

The water park was a nice distraction from the crappy accommodations.
The noise level was outrageous, impossible to sleep/relax.
Our room was awful! The noise level was out of control. We could hear everything. We were staying there so my daughter could attend and compete in a cheer competition and all of us were kept up until 4 in the morning due to the noise. Great water park and pool. Kids loved it.
Pool area opens too late in the morning. Kids could not swim before we had to be on the road.

We loved the pool area - which is why we chose this hotel!
I wish there was a mini fridge and microwave in every room.
This hotel was great - the kids loved playing in the pirate ship and all of us loved going down the big water slide! We will definitely stay here again!
